Sherry Castaldi has been PA Real Estate Licensed since 1985. She incorporates the knowledge of actively listing and selling real estate, as well as working with buyers and agents with her when consulting with homeowners and preparing a home for resale. She is experienced in Property and Project Management easily coordinating home improvements and/or repairs for homeowners. She can manage all aspects of your project such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
From her Bookkeeping background she has the ability to organize and help you with your receipt reconciliation of expenses for your accountant. She can help you set up a budget and organize your home office.
She has done a variety of Freelance design work for clients from kitchens to landscaping, as well as color consultations to coordinating and redesigning rooms with what you have.
She was a successful small business owner of Pirouette, where she designed, manufactured and sold high end popular ballet wear in the Mid-Atlantic region.
