- Consultation is a Professional Assessment of the Interior and Exterior of the home including copy for the Homeowner.
- Occupied Home Staging is the actual hands on service while the home is still occupied by the homeowner. This service may just be a quick rearrangement of furniture and accessories to enhance the home's visual appeal, or be a comprehensive service to help the overwhelmed homeowner prepare the home with de-cluttering, coordinating any needed contractor repair work, as well as furniture, accessory and artwork rearrangement to enhance the home's visual appeal.
- Vacant Home Staging is by proposal and to the extent the homeowner desires which may be only small accessories or furniture and accessory rental for staging the home. Coordinating and managing any needed contractor repair work is also available if needed and desired.
